Property Services of Atlanta employs separate staff to help in qualifying prospective tenants and gathering additional information for your properties. We run a complete credit check, a criminal background check, income verification, fraudulent documentation check, and communicate with past landlords to verify good payment history and property maintenance on each tenant applicant over the age of 18.

Step 2: Visit the property
Visit the property on your own to be sure the neighborhood meets your needs.
Step 3: Schedule a formal showing
Potential renters are asked to view the exterior of the property/community before scheduling a viewing with a property manager to see the interior of the home.
Step 4: Complete a credit application
Download or complete a credit application through our secured website. Submit the application and all supporting documentation required.
Step 5: Move In
When your application is approved, submit all funds due (security deposit, first month’s rent, pet fees if applicable), and schedule your move-in!
