Application Requirements
Our application process requires the following:
A copy of a valid Driver's License or a State issued photo ID for each person applying.
A copy of the 2 most recent paycheck stubs or last years's W2 for each person or spouse applying.
A copy of the most recent bank, financial statement, proof of alimonies, child support, and/or disability compensation.
A non-refundable application fee of $50.00 for each independent person or $75.00 per married couple, and must be paid in cash or certified funds.
A refundable minimum holding deposit of $500.00* made payable to Property Services of Atlanta to hold the property during the application process.
*The holding deposit will be deposited immediately and will be refundable within the first 3 days from the application date. After 3 days, it will only be refunded if the application is declined. Otherwise, the application is committed to the home and will be refunded upon move-out of the property.
We also verify employment history (2 consistent work history), income (including any alimony, child support, etc.), any previous rental history (up to the last 5 years), and pull credit reports via Equifax. |
