What's the Outlook For 2008?
With the Fed's cutting the lending rates twice before the
year end in 2007, we have hopes that these actions will help boost the housing market
in Atlanta. The cost of borrowing money is very low and it's currently a great
time to lock in strong rates on long term loans. A lot of investors are changing
their current loans and getting fixed rates. The interest rate that we are
seeing currently is about the lowest in the last two years. It is Buyer's
market and great time to be acquiring new properties for investments.
What to Expect After A Move Out
As a property investor you realize that in this business there comes a time when you will have a tenant move out of your property and while there is a good bit of uncertainty regarding the future we will do all we can to help you with the process.
