Requirements
You will need to provide a 60 day notice with proof of delivery or you can go to your tenant portal and click on the “Give Notice” button on the “My Rentals” tab. You will receive a letter acknowledging receipt of your notice as well as basic guidelines on how to prepare for your move out walk. If you do not receive your confirmation please contact us to confirm your notice was received.
