New Listings and Sales Prices Up, Closed Sales  

and Inventory Down     

Georgia housing market indicators for March : 

  • Median Prices rose 15% to $152,981      
  • Average Prices rose 13% to $195,343     
  • New Listings increased 11%
  • Pending Sales increased 30%
  • Closed Sales decreased 3%  
  • Inventory Levels shrank 2% to 39,635 
  • Months Supply of Homes for Sale decreased 5%       
  • Days on Market decreased 7% to 82 days
  • Percent of Original Price Received decreased .8% to 93.8%
