An owner portal is available for you to access at any time for your convenience. This portal gives you the ability to update your personal information, review financial activity on your account, print and review bills associated with the property as well as any documents critical to your investment.
The portal is a valuable resource in that any time there is a financial change to your account you will know about it. The moment a new billing arrives for your property it is input into the system, a copy of the billing is scanned and attached to your portal so that you can review the details of any expenses. In addition, we do owner draws/payments four times a month where other management companies sometimes only do one per month, this ensures we get you the funds due to you as soon as possible. Also, with each owner draw a detailed statement of all financial activity is published to your account as well so that you know every cent is accounted and reported to you. We also offer two payment options, one is a paper check mailed to you or if you prefer not having to go to the bank we do also offer direct deposit of your funds at no extra charge.
In addition, at year end we provide you with a detailed report of all annual financial activity on your property so that it makes year end tax preparation very easy. The report gives you a detailed breakdown and a lump sum overview in an excel type format that makes it easy for your tax professional to take the information in a quick and efficient manner to prepare your return.

When the screening is complete, we will provide you with an applicant profile summary for your final approval.
